By accessing or using FoodTrukt (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
FoodTrukt is a food truck discovery and management platform. Consumers find nearby food trucks, view menus and schedules, read and write reviews, save flavorites, and receive notifications. Operators manage truck profiles, update menus and schedules, broadcast real-time locations, view analytics, and manage catering inquiries. FoodTrukt is a directory; we do not prepare, sell, or deliver food and are not a party to transactions between consumers and operators.
Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. One consumer account per person. No sharing credentials.
Operator Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for accurate menu/pricing/schedule/location/allergen info; only claiming trucks they actually own or are authorized to manage; ensuring they have the right to post any uploaded content; complying with food safety, health codes, business licensing, and tax obligations; and the accuracy of broadcasted locations.
Consumer Responsibilities
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with trucks you have actually visited. No hate speech, threats, harassment, or illegal content. No fake reviews, solicitation of fake reviews, or rating manipulation. You are responsible for your own food choices including allergies; menu information accuracy is provided by operators.
Subscriptions and Payments
FoodTrukt offers paid subscription tiers for operators (Pro, Premium). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your billing portal. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Content License
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant FoodTrukt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating the Service.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; impersonate others; harvest data via automated means; interfere with the Service's operation; circumvent security measures; or upload malicious code.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodTrukt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date and may also be communicated via email or in-app notification.
