With over 20+ years in the food service industry, Chef JP’s love for hospitality began after encountering a bed & breakfast at 7 years old; during a family trip! He embarked on his culinary journey at a young age and successfully launched more than 20 popular Shells Seafood Restaurants during his decade-long career. Missing his Colorado roots, JP always sensed a lack of quality BBQ joints in the area, so he chose to utilize one of his many talents to provide the community with something it was missing. Fresh slow smoked meats, specializing in Texas style brisket, Pork Butts, Ribs and Chicken. Also with 2 generations of families recipes you will feel like you are sitting down at the family Sunday dinner with mac & cheese, collard greens, green beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and JP‘s baked beans.
